City Chic is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and create an exceptional customer experience across our Newcastle store.

You will coach a high-energy team, manage inventory, and monitor KPIs to ensure profitable performance while upholding City Chic's curves-first promise.

Supporting your Regional Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the success of the store. It’s fast paced, rewarding and dynamic - no two days are the same - but every day is about creating a space where customers feel seen, supported and fabulous.

• 2+ years retail store management experience
• Excellent leadership skills and a genuine talent for developing people
• Commercially savvy and understanding of retail KPIs and how to achieve them
• A genuine passion for retail, styling and curve fashion
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with customers and team
• A positive, proactive attitude with loads of initiative
• Brilliant time management and the ability to prioritise under pressure
• A flair for merchandising and an obsessive eye for detail
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weeknights, and weekend
