Qualifications

• 2+ years retail store management experience.
• Excellent leadership skills and a genuine talent for developing people.
• Commercially savvy and understanding of retail KPIs and how to achieve them.
• A genuine passion for retail, styling and curve fashion.
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with customers and team.
• A positive, proactive attitude with loads of initiative.
• Brilliant time management and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
• A flair for merchandising and an obsessive eye for detail.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weeknights, and weekend.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by delivering inspiring, confidence building customer experiences.
• Build lasting customer loyalty through authentic connection and styling expertise.
• Lead, motivate and empower your team to exceed sales, ACS and conversion KPIs.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members to grow capability and confidence.
• Manage store performance including sales, wage budget and margin.
• Bring the City Chic look to life through strong visual merchandising standards.
• Oversee inventory control and proactive loss prevention.
• Champion a safe, positive store environment by adhering to health and safety standards.
