As Store Manager, you’ll have full ownership of your store — leading your team, driving performance and delivering a fashion‑led customer experience every day.

You’ll be responsible for:

Maximising sales growth by creating a unique, curves-first customer experience

Building genuine customer loyalty through exceptional, personalised service

Leading and motivating your team to achieve targets and KPIs

Elevating store presentation through impeccable visual merchandising standards

Inventory control and managing loss prevention

Maintaining a safe store environment in line with health and safety standards

Managing and achieving store budgets — including sales, wages, margin, and key KPIs

You’ll bring:
