Skechers Australia is seeking a Store Manager for our Doncaster store to lead a passionate team, drive sales, and uphold brand standards. You’ll coach your team, manage daily operations, and grow Skechers across Australia & New Zealand.

You will champion customer experience, maintain VM standards, and deliver results. This role emphasizes autonomy, leadership, and career progression within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior leader driving sales and team performance.
• Able to work autonomously and make in-store decisions impacting sales.
• Growth mindset with progression goals into flagship stores or senior roles.
• Confident coach who develops others and builds high‑performing teams.
• Strong standards in visual merchandising, stock control and store presentation.
• Owns store performance by driving sales, value, UP T and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop a high‑performing, energetic store culture on floor.

• Deliver weekly feedback on performance, wins and opportunities.
• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, delegating duties as needed.
• Maintain wage control, shrink, VM execution and stock accuracy.

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior leader (ASM/Supervisor), with a strong track record of driving sales and team performance
• The ability to work autonomously, with confidence to make in-store decisions that positively impact sales performance
• A growth mindset, actively seeking feedback and motivated to progress into flagship stores or senior leadership roles
• A confident coach with a passion for developing others and building engaged, high-performing teams
• Strong operational standards across visual merchandising, stock control, and overall store presentation
• Own whole-of-store performance by driving sales, added value, UPT, and exceptional customer experiences
• Lead by example by connecting with customers on the shop floor to drive sales
