Job summary

Skechers Australia & New Zealand is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive sales at a flagship location in Brisbane. You’ll own store performance, coach staff, and deliver outstanding customer experiences that reflect the Skechers brand and its values.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or senior retail leader, with a proven ability to drive sales and team performance.
• Strong commercial mindset with the confidence to make decisions that positively impact store results.
• Genuine passion for coaching, developing and motivating teams.
• Growth mindset and ambition to progress career within retail leadership.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of overall store performance, including sales, UPT and added-value metrics.
• Lead from the front and engage with customers on the shop floor.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences while sharing your passion and knowledge of Skechers products.
• Coach and mentor your team through hands-on, on-floor leadership.
• Build a fun, energetic and high-performance culture.
• Identify opportunities to develop your people and support their career growth.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, prioritising and delegating effectively.
• Monitor business performance, communicating weekly wins, opportunities and key results.
• Maintain high standards across stock accuracy, shrink, wage control, visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Ensure all people safety policies and procedures are consistently followed.
