Skechers Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Orion store. You will support daily operations, coach the team, and drive sales while maintaining store standards and a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior sales assistant, full-time, or leadership support role (e.g., Key Holder, Supervisor, 3IC, ASM).
• Proactive attitude and strong desire to grow leadership skills.
• Passion for team development and delivering great customer experiences.
• Ability to drive sales and meet performance targets.
