Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience (fashion retail highly regarded).
• Ability to style outfits and present products confidently.
• Strong communication with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver confident styling and create inspiring customer experiences on the shop floor.
• Build relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
• Share passion for curve fashion and fit to help customers feel confident and celebrated.
• Support team to achieve sales and store targets (ACS and conversion).
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and assist with stock replenishment.
• Follow loss prevention and health & safety procedures to ensure a safe store environment.
• Be a positive team player contributing to a fun, inclusive store culture.
