The role combines selling excellence with people leadership to deliver a confident, high-energy customer experience for our curves-first customers.

You will support the Store Manager, drive sales, coach staff, and ensure best-in-class visual merchandising and store standards while maintaining a safe, positive shopping environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a retail leadership role (Supervisor or Assistant Manager).
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Solid understanding of retail KPIs and how to influence them.
• Excellent communication and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

Supporting your Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of the store.You’llbe hands-on, fastpacedand dynamic—no two days are the same—but every day is about creating a space where customers feel seen,supportedand fabulous.You’llstep up to lead the store in the Store Manager’s absence and be a true role model on the floor.

As Assistant Store Manager, you will:

• Drive sales results by delivering inspiring, confidence building customer experiences alongside your team
• Build strong customer loyalty through authentic connection and stylingexpertise
• Support, motivate and empower the team to achieve sales,ACSand conversion KPIs
• Coach and develop team members on the floor to build capability and confidence
• Assistin managing store performance including sales, wagecontroland productivity
• Bring the City Chic look to life through consistent and high impact visual merchandising standards
• Support inventory management and proactive loss prevention activities
• Champion a safe, positive store environment by role modelling health and safety standards
