Job summary

City Chic is seeking a capable Store Manager to lead our Australian store teams, driving sales and delivering a confident, curve-friendly customer experience. You will coach staff, monitor KPIs, manage wage budgets and margins, and ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently applied.

You will champion loss prevention, inventory control and a safe store environment while maintaining City Chic’s curves-first promise on the shop floor. Weekend and weekday flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail store management experience.
• Excellent leadership and people development skills.
• Commercial awareness of retail KPIs and targets.
• Passion for curve fashion and customer service.

As Store Manager, you will:

• 2+ years retail store management experience

• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with customers and team
• A positive, proactive attitude with loads of initiative

• A flair for merchandising and an obsessive eye for detail
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weeknights, and weekend
