Job summary

City Chic is seeking a Casual Stylist to bring our curves-first promise to life on the shop floor. You will styling customers, delivering confident, fashion-forward experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll thrive on helping women feel fabulous in our curve-focused range, maintain high presentation standards, and contribute to sales targets while providing genuine, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience (fashion retail highly regarded).
• A genuine passion for styling, fashion and curve-focused design.
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with customers.
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Confidence working toward sales targets and KPIs.
• A strong eye for detail and store presentation.
• Reliability, teamwork and a can-do mindset.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, late nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver inspiring, confidence-building customer experiences through expert styling and genuine connection
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat visits
• Share your passion for curve fashion and fit to help customers feel confident and celebrated
• Support the team to achieve sales, ACS and conversion targets
• Maintain high standards of presentation by keeping the store looking on-brand and inviting
• Assist with stock replenishment and maintaining the sales floor
• Follow loss prevention and health & safety procedures to ensure a safe store environment
