You will manage a small team across 6-day trading, oversee food and coffee operations, control costs, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering consistent store performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in convenience retail, fuel retail, grocery, or QSR environments.
• Strong merchandising, range execution and retail sales drivers.
• Hands-on leadership with ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Solid commercial awareness and KPI management.
• Practical, customer-focused approach to running a retail site.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the store with a strong customer-first focus.
• Drive convenience sales growth through merchandising, range execution, and promotions.
