Job summary

Lowes Petroleum seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead a focused service station with pre-packaged food and coffee. You will drive convenience sales, maintain high in-store standards and merchandise the store for maximum impulse purchases and customer flow.

You’ll be hands-on, commercially minded and responsible for a tight operation across 6-day trading, while coaching your team to deliver friendly service and consistent results.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead a focused retail service station with a pre-packaged food and convenient coffee offer. This role is about retail performance and execution - growing convenience sales, maintaining strong in-store standards, and merchandising the store to maximise impulse purchases and customer flow.

You'll be hands-on, commercially minded, and focused on running a tight operation that delivers consistent results across 6-day trading.

What You'll Do

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the store with a strong customer-first focus
• Drive convenience sales growth through strong merchandising, range execution, and promotional activity
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and compliance
• Lead, coach and develop your team to deliver friendly, efficient service
• Manage pre-packaged hot food and convenient coffee operations with a focus on speed, quality, and consistency
• Monitor costs, stock control, waste, and labour to maximise profitability
• Ensure safe operations across forecourt and shop environments
• Build a positive team culture that supports performance and retention

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in convenience retail, fuel retail, grocery, or QSR-style environments
