Job summary

Lowes Petroleum is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead a busy service station with pre-packaged food and coffee. The role centers on retail performance, strong merchandising, and delivering consistent customer service across a 6‑day trading week.

You will be hands-on, commercially minded and responsible for running a tight operation, coaching a team, and driving profitable store outcomes while maintaining safety and standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in convenience retail, fuel retail, grocery, or QSR-style environments.
• Strong merchandising and range execution knowledge.
• Hands-on leadership with ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Solid commercial awareness and ability to manage store KPIs.

• Lead day-to-day store operations with a customer-first focus.
• Drive convenience sales growth through merchandising and promotions.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and compliance.
