Starbucks Australia is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of store operations, drive financial results, and create a welcoming Third Place for the community. You will run your store as if it were your own, making smart decisions and focusing on sales growth and efficiency.

You will be a hands-on leader who mentors partners, coaches teams, and delivers genuine customer experiences. This role offers permanent full-time employment with guaranteed hours, full training, and clear progression

Qualifications

• Three years of progressive responsibility including one year of supervisory experience
• Strong organisational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners
• Previous experience in store leadership roles, ideally within hospitality or quick service restaurant sector
• Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance
• Exposure to rostering, budgets, and profit & loss (P&L) reports

Salary: $70,000 to $75,000 per annum plus super + Additional weekend + public holiday hourly allowance + KPI Bonus (subject to meeting eligibility criteria post probation period)

To be a Starbucks Store Manager

We'd love to hear from people with:
