Job summary

Starbucks Australia is seeking a Store Manager for a permanent full-time role (38 hours per week) in Western Australia. You will lead all store operations, drive financial performance, and create a welcoming Third Place for customers and partners.

The role focuses on coaching teams, maintaining standards, and delivering exceptional coffee experiences. Applicants should have 3+ years of progressive responsibility, including supervisory experience, strong leadership, and a track record in store

• Strong organisational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to coach and mentor team partners.
• Experience in store leadership roles, ideally in hospitality or quick service.

To be a Starbucks Store Manager

We'd love to hear from people with:

• Three years of progressive responsibility related experience, including one year of supervisory experience

• Previous experience in store leadership roles, ideally within the hospitality or quick service restaurant sector
• Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance
• Exposure to rostering, budgets, and profit & loss (P&L) reports
