Job summary

Bailey Nelson is seeking a Store Manager for the Claremont store to lead a passionate team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales growth for a fast-growing brand.

Qualifications

• Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level
• Experience in optics is highly regarded; if not, supervisory/management experience in retail hospitality is welcome
• Strong alignment with values: tight-knit, down-to-earth, continuous improvement
• Confident in driving sales through honest, well-judged recommendations
• High energy and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

What we're looking for

• ProvenStore Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level(or equivalent)
• Experience in optics is highly regarded; alternatively, if you have supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality or similar and are keen to learn - we are keen to teach! so we strongly encourage you to apply.
