Ampol is seeking a Store Manager to lead one of our convenience locations with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and strong store performance.

You will oversee staffing, training, inventory, merchandising and adherence to safety and compliance standards, while driving cost efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role offers comprehensive training and clear progression at Ampol.

As a Store Manager you will;

• Experience in retail management with a supportive, people‑focused leadership style.

• Proven ability in inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining operational standards.
• Sound judgement with a solutions‑focused approach and confidence in using POS and operational technology.
• Strong organisational skills, commitment to safety and compliance, financial acumen, and a history of delivering exceptional customer service.

Salary range between $65,000 to $82,000(plus allowances) based on experience.
