Lorna Jane Canberra is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a busy team in City Centre. You will drive sales performance, coach staff, and ensure smooth store operations.

This hands-on role requires a commercially minded leader who can build a high-performance culture, manage stock, and deliver outstanding customer experiences daily.

You’ll work a fixed Tue-Sat roster, enjoy an energetic team, and benefit from staff discounts and product previews.

The Opportunity

Based in Canberra's City Centre this hands-on leadership role puts you in charge of everything that keeps the store running like clockwork. Leading a team of Retail Sales Assistants, you’ll drive commercial results while shaping a team culture people genuinely want to be part of.
