Job summary

PUMA Australia Pty. Ltd. is seeking an inspiring Store Leader to guide our retail team in Canberra, delivering outstanding customer experiences and achieving sales KPIs.

You will coach and develop associates, oversee inventory and visual merchandising, and ensure the store maintains PUMA's standards while delivering exceptional service. Flexibility for non-traditional hours, weekends and holidays is important in this role.

YOUR MISSION

Can you provide leadership to your retail team, ensuring the store meets or exceeds sales and KPI's?

The ability to develop the team members through training and coaching to ensure consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with the company's cornerstones and service standards?

Do you achieve or exceed all inventory and shrinkage goals; oversee and manage physical inventory counts?

Ensure execution and maintenance of all visual directives as well as guaranteeing the visual presentation of the Store always meets or exceeds company's standards

Maintain physical condition of Store according to relevant guidelines and communicate maintenance requirements in a timely manner

Are you flexible to continue working non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; and overtime if necessary?

Strong passion and understanding of our PUMA brand!

Experience in a customer focused and service-oriented retail environment with proven results driven track record

Strong leadership and ability to exceed sales while meeting payroll goals

Ability to identify, hire, train, develop and retain talented associates as well as teams

Ability to reason through complex issues and demonstrate effective communication

Ability to present information to large groups

Strong interpersonal, communication and motivational skills, organizational and time management skills
