Forever New in Burwood is seeking a Store Manager to lead our new Burwood store with energy and customer focus. You will drive sales, coach a team, manage rosters and visual merchandising, and create memorable shopping experiences for our customers.

You’ll partner with the Area Manager, embrace our fashion-forward culture, and contribute to a thriving retail environment through leadership, coaching, and performance management while working late nights, holidays, and weekends when required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a retail store team.
• Proven track record achieving sales targets.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.
