Job summary

Forever New is seeking a Store Manager for our new Burwood store in NSW. You will lead a passionate team, drive sales, and uphold our fashion-forward standards. You’ll coach staff, manage rosters, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll grow store performance through training, visual merchandising, and building strong relationships with customers and the community. Flexibility for late nights and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing store team to deliver sales and customer service.
• Execute roster management to optimise store coverage.
• Drive sales, monitor wages and targets to meet business plan.
• Foster strong relationships with your store team and diverse customer base.
• Uphold Forever New's fashion standards and visual merchandising.
• Participate in training and development programs to grow leadership skills.
