Job summary

Forever New's Burwood store seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead by example and drive sales in a fast-growing fashion environment.

You will inspire and coach a dynamic team, manage rosters, deliver outstanding customer service, and hands-on with our garments to showcase product excellence across the store.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will shape store culture, optimise processes, and partner with head office on campaigns while upholding Forever New's values and style.

Qualifications

• Retail store management experience.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and wage costs.
• Passion for coaching and leading teams.
• Exposure to performance management processes.
• Strong communication with a customer-service focus.
• Ability to manage rosters effectively.
• Previous visual merchandising experience.
• Willingness to work late nights, public holidays and weekends.
• Understanding of fashion trends and Forever New brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing store team to achieve sales targets.
• Coach and develop team members through ongoing feedback and training.
• Manage rosters to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
• Hands-on involvement with product to reflect brand aesthetics and drive merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with Area Manager and head office on campaigns and initiatives.
