Adairs Retail Group in Australia is seeking a passionate Store Manager to lead a brand-new store, coach a high-performing team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences from day one.

You’ll lead from the floor, drive sales and KPI outcomes, manage stock and workforce planning, and develop staff through training and succession planning.
