Job summary

Pandora in Nowra is seeking a Store Manager to lead our team on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales. You’ll coach an Assistant Store Manager and Retail Assistants, build a high‑performing store culture, and partner with HR to address performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a results-driven Store Manager (3–5 years) in a high-performance retail environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect and engage with people at all levels.
• Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking, with a track record of delivering positive results.
• A talent for attracting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams, with a focus on succession planning and internal growth.

Responsibilities

• Spend quality time on the shop floor, engaging with customers and leading the team to drive results.
• Lead, coach, and develop an Assistant Store Manager and a team of Retail Assistants.
• Create a store culture filled with passion for the brand and empower the team to be outstanding brand ambassadors.
• Exceed commercial targets and KPIs, set benchmarks, and celebrate success.
• Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR to address performance concerns or policy issues.
• Ensure timely execution of visual merchandising, smooth operations, and ongoing team development.
