Job summary

Seed Heritage is seeking a Store Manager for the Bondiconcept store to lead a passionate team and deliver an elevated customer experience through expert sales, product knowledge and relationship-building.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience managing a fast-paced high-volume fashion retail store.
• Experience leading a medium to large team in a busy store.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate and mentor a team.
• Proven commercial acumen to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPIs.
• Detail-oriented with passion for styling and visual merchandising.
• Experience with stock management and large stock volumes.
• Alignment with Seed Heritage values and customer relationship focus.

THE ROLE:

• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 2+ years' experience managing a fast-paced high volume fashion retail store.
• Experience in managing a medium to large team in a fast-paced store.
• A strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
