Seed Heritage is seeking an Assistant Manager for our BondiStore to lead a passionate team and deliver an elevated customer experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive engagement, product knowledge, and long-lasting customer relationships.

The role requires a strong, motivating leader with a track record in high-volume fashion retail, a keen eye for styling and stock management, and a commitment to Seed Heritage values.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role in fast-paced fashion retail.
• Proven ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI’s in line with budgets.
• Eye for detail with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
• Genuine alignment with Seed Heritage values and exceptional customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with driving a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.
• Support the Store Manager to engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
• Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business KPIs.
• Support with driving operational excellence, managing rosters and back-of-house administration.
• Tuesday - Saturday roster.

THE ROLE:
