Job summary

Seed Heritage Port Macquarie is seeking a Store Manager to lead a passionate team, delivering a memorable, customer‑driven shopping experience with expert product knowledge and relationship building.

You will coach and mentor the team, collaborate with state leadership to drive store performance, meet sales targets and KPIs, and oversee rosters and back‑of‑house administration, with Tuesday–Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience managing a fast-paced fashion store.
• Experience leading a medium to large team.
• Proven ability to exceed sales, KPI targets and budgets.

Deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and building long-lasting relationships.

THE ROLE:

• Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.
• Engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
• Work with State Leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration.
• Tuesdays to Saturdays roster.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 2+ years' experience managing a fast-paced high volume fashion retail store.
• Experience in managing a medium to large team in a fast-paced store.
• A strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
• A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
