Seed Heritage is seeking a Store Manager for our Bondi concept store in Sydney to lead a passionate team and drive a premium customer experience. You will train and mentor staff, build a high-performing culture, and partner with state leadership to maximise sales and profitability.

The role requires 2+ years in fashion retail management, strong leadership, stock control, and a flair for styling and Visual Merchandising. Join a brand with a nationwide and international footprint.

• 2+ years' experience managing a fast-paced fashion retail store.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with ability to exceed sales, wage and shrinkage KPI’s in line with budgets.
• Eye for detail and passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Experience managing large stock volumes and stock control.

THE ROLE:

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 2+ years' experience managing a fast-paced high volume fashion retail store.
• Experience in managing a medium to large team in a fast-paced store.
• A strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
