Job summary

BCF Rockhampton, part of Super Retail Group, is seeking a Store Manager to lead our brand-new Superstore launch. You’ll build and inspire a 30+ member outdoor enthusiast team, drive sales, ensure seamless store operations and set the standard for customer service.

• Track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.

• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security and basic financial reporting.
