Job summary

BCF Noarlunga is opening a new store featuring a Macpac store-in-store concept, and we are hiring a Store Manager who will maximise sales, lead a great team, and build an engaging customer experience for outdoor enthusiasts.

You should have senior retail management experience, a proven ability to lead by example, motivate a diverse team, and manage visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting. Internal applicants only.

Our newest store will feature an innovative Macpac store-in-store concept, creating a unique destination for outdoor lovers unlike anything we've seen before.
