Job summary

BCF Boating Camping Fishing – Mount Isa is seeking aStore Manager to lead a high‑performing team, drive sales and customer service excellence, and ensure efficient store operations. You will inspire staff, manage KPIs, and foster a culture where customers and colleagues thrive, with opportunities for development and recognition.

You will be responsible for coaching, stock control, merchandising, and safety standards, while delivering strong financial reporting and maintaining brand standards

As the Store Manager, you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Management / leadership experience.
• A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
• A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
• Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
• Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
