Job summary

BCF Young is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team and drive excellent customer experiences. Working alongside the Store Manager, you’ll guide a close-knit team of 8-10, support daily operations, and help achieve sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

We value coaching, positive culture, and leadership from the front. This role suits someone with retail leadership experience who can balance people, performance, and store standards while enjoying great perks.

Ready to take the next step in your retail leadership career? BCF Young is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team in one of our newer stores.

Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll inspire a close-knit team of 8-10 team members, drive outstanding customer experiences, support daily operations, and help achieve sales and performance goals. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Store Manager who is ready to make an impact in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, however retail leadership experience will be highly regarded. What matters most is your ability to coach teams, build a positive culture, and lead from the front.
