Job summary

BCF Young is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team in a newer store. You will work with the Store Manager to coach 8-10 team members, drive outstanding customer experiences and support daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role suits a Supervisor or Team Leader ready to make an impact, with a focus on leadership, hands-on guidance, and balancing weekend work within a supportive, growth-oriented culture across our brands.

Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll inspire a close-knit team of 8-10 team members, drive outstanding customer experiences, support daily operations, and help achieve sales and performance goals. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Store Manager who is ready to make an impact in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, however retail leadership experience will be highly regarded. What matters most is your ability to coach teams, build a positive culture, and lead from the front.

As an Assistant Store Manager, your key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Retail management / leadership experience
• The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
• A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
