BCF Myaree, part of Super Retail Group, is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead a high-volume, high-foot-traffic store. You’ll coach, problem-solve, drive performance, champion safety, and deliver an outstanding customer experience from front of house to back.

About the role

As the Store Manager, you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Retail management experience.
• A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
• A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
• Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
• Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
