Job summary

Repco, a division of GPC Asia Pacific, is seeking Customer Development Managers to strengthen relationships with trade customers and drive sales performance. You will work with Store Managers, supported by CRM and promotional activities, to deliver strong margins and territory growth.

The role emphasizes relationship building, sales excellence, and a culture of safety. Prior automotive sales or customer management experience is preferred, with a valid Australian driver’s licence.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer management experience, automotive industry preferred.
• Ability to liaise with customers and company stakeholders.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• A valid Australian driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with around 150 customers and manage territory sales and gross margin.
• Attend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows and training sessions.
• Achieve sales budgets and drive revenue growth.
• Foster a culture of safety and ensure safe driving practices.
