Job summary

Amart Furniture is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the sales floor, coaching the team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be hands-on with customers while guiding the team to achieve strong results and growth across the store.

You’ll lead by example, develop talent, and help drive performance in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on visual standards, rostering, and day-to-day store operations.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading the sales floor and growing team capability. You’ll be hands-on with customers, while also coaching, motivating and guiding the team to deliver amazing results and experiences every day.
