Kennedy Consolidated's AG LEGO Certified Store in Macquarie is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead daily operations, hit financial targets, and deliver exceptional customer service while upholding LEGO brand standards.

You will mentor a small team, manage inventory and merchandising, schedule staff, and drive in-store activations and online orders with a fun, results-oriented culture.

• Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and staff scheduling.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare reports on sales, expenses and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular training and development sessions for staff to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and high performance.
• Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.
• Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional manner.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to build a high-performing team environment.
• Work with your team to fulfill online orders and execute in-store activations.

Store Manager | AG LEGO Certified Stores (Macquarie)

Our LEGO® Certified Store in Macquarie is looking for a new energetic Store Manager. The store features life-sized LEGO® models, a Pick-a-Brick wall, hard-to-find product releases, and amazing bricks in hands engagement opportunities. Designed in partnership with the LEGO® Group, this store is an integral part of our LEGO® Certified Store network.

Your Role:

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the store meets its financial targets, and fostering a positive and engaging environment for both customers and staff. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining the brand's reputation and enhancing customer loyalty in a competitive retail landscape. Create an environment where creativity and imagination define the future of play and strive for outstanding results in customer experience and sales performance.

Your Purpose:

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.

To be successful for this role:

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to build a high-performing & results driven team in sales and customer experience.
• Epitomise professionalism but recognise the importance of a fun, encouraging and welcoming team environment and have a genuine passion for LEGO®
• Be self-motivated, driven, results orientated and can demonstrate success in achieving KPI's within a retail atmosphere
• Demonstrate an ability to develop, inspire and coach a small team of retail professionals and can connect the team to the essence of the LEGO® brand
