Job summary

The LEGO Group is recruiting for a Store Team Member in New South Wales to support non-sales and sales activities across LEGO stores. You will assist with merchandise receiving, stocking, and ensure compliance with LEGO policies for smooth operations.

You will help supervise shifts, ensure accurate cash handling, and maintain attractive product displays, with a hybrid work policy and a primary store location.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Ability to supervise a team during a shift.
• Attention to cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist ASM/SM with attendance and shift scheduling.
• Supervise Sales Associates during shifts and handle issues per policy.
• Process store orders and ensure proper stockroom organisation.
• Maintain accurate money handling and product presentation.
