Job summary

AG LEGO® Certified Stores in Sydney is seeking a Full-time Sales Assistant to join the Pitt St LEGO Certified Store. You will support store management, ensure a fun customer experience, and help with opening/closing procedures.

This role requires 2–3 years in retail customer service, a passion for LEGO, and the ability to coach a small team while meeting KPI targets. Join our vibrant store team and contribute to engaging in-store activations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Reflect professionalism while maintaining a fun, welcoming team culture and have a genuine passion for LEGO.
• Self-motivated, driven, results oriented with a track record of achieving KPI’s in retail.
• Ability to develop, inspire, and coach a small team and connect the team to the LEGO brand.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for store opening and closing routines, register functions and back-office procedures.
• Assist with online orders and execute in-store activations.
• Support inventory management including stock-takes and cycle counts.
• Help implement visual merchandising standards and store activations.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment and educate colleagues on product range.
