Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and driving budgets and KPIs.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff.
• Strong customer service and in-store leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to build a high-performing team while driving budgets, KPIs and customer experience.
• Create a customer-first environment reflecting brand standards and service.
• Coach and develop team through feedback and capability building.
• Execute visual merchandising in-store with brand guidelines and commercial judgment.
• Own stock processes and daily operations to ensure smooth store flow.
• Manage the store schedule, including a 3-day weekend monthly and Sunday/Monday RDOs.
• Provide staff discounts and drive engagement through incentive programs.
• Support retention with health benefits, EAP and career pathways.
