Job summary

Bonds Bondi, part of Hanes Brands Australasia, is hiring a Store Manager for a full-time, 38 hours per week role. You will lead an inclusive team, drive sales KPIs, and ensure outstanding customer experiences in a flagship Bond store.

You will coach staff, manage stock, and execute merchandising while upholding brand standards. There are strong growth paths across retail and support centres within the group.

Responsibilities

• Execute in-store visuals balancing brand guidelines with store presentation and commercial sense.
• Own stock processes and daily operations to support smooth day-to-day running.
