Job summary

PVH’s CALVIN KLEIN team at WATERTOWN BRAND OUTLET, WA 6005 is seeking a Full-Time Stock Supervisor to lead store operations, drive stock integrity, and deliver excellent customer service on the shop floor. You will manage a team, coach colleagues, and hit KPI targets while overseeing stockroom processes and maintaining visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory and/or management experience in retail apparel.
• Experience in achieving KPI targets including sales and wage budgets.
• Excellent communication skills and extensive people management skills with the confidence to recruit, mentor and motivate a team.
• Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Vibrant, energetic and authentic with a positive attitude.
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.

About You

• Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry
• Experience in achieving KPI's including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops
• Excellent communication skills and extensive people management skills with the confidence to recruit, mentor and motivate a team
• Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
