Job summary

PVH is seeking a Full-Time Store Manager for the CALVIN KLEIN team in Chatswood, NSW. You will lead a customer-focused team, drive sales metrics, manage stock and merchandising, and recruit and mentor staff to achieve targets.

Candidates should have supervisory experience in retail apparel, strong communication skills, and a hands-on entrepreneurial approach to grow the business while maintaining brand standards and excellent presentation.

• Experience supervising in retail apparel or customer service.
• Proven ability to drive sales, wage budgets, and store budgets.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Manager to join our CALVIN KLEIN team atCHATSWOOD, NSW 2067.

About You

• Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry
• Experience in achieving KPI’s including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops
• Excellent communication skills and extensive people management skills with the confidence to recruit, mentor and motivate a team
• Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Vibrant, energetic and authentic with a positive attitude
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
