Job summary

PVH Corporation is seeking a Store Manager for the CALVIN KLEIN UNDERWEAR team in Booragoong, Perth. You will lead a customer-focused team, drive sales, and manage stock and visual merchandising to a high standard.

The role requires proven supervisory or management experience in retail apparel, with a track record of hitting KPI targets and delivering excellent customer service. You will mentor staff and foster growth opportunities within a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have supervisory or management experience in customer service or retail apparel.
• Proven ability to achieve KPI targets including sales, wage budgets, and conversion metrics.
• Strong people management, communication, mentoring and team motivation skills.

We are looking for a Store Manager to join our CALVIN KLEIN UNDERWEAR team at BOORAGOON, PERTH.

About You

• Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry
• Experience in achieving KPI’s including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops
• Excellent communication skills and extensive people management skills with the confidence to recruit, mentor and motivate a team
• Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Vibrant, energetic and authentic with a positive attitude
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
