Job summary

PVH’s Calvin Klein team at Watertown Brand Outlet, WA 6005 is seeking a full-time Stock Supervisor to lead a customer-focused retail team. You will oversee stock operations, ensure stock integrity, and support visual merchandising standards to drive sales.

The role requires prior supervisory experience in retail apparel, strong KPI performance, and excellent people management skills. PVH promotes inclusion and CRE, with employee discounts and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory/management experience in customer service or retail apparel.
• Experience in achieving KPI’s including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops.
• Excellent communication skills and extensive people management abilities with the capability to recruit, mentor and motivate a team.
• Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Vibrant, energetic, authentic with a positive attitude.
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
