Job summary

Battery World Castle Hill is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and own the day-to-day running on the shop floor.

You’ll mentor staff, deliver outstanding service, manage rosters, stock, testing and roadside jobs, and shape the store’s growth with the owner. This role rewards results with above‑award pay and a strong monthly bonus, plus ongoing training in technical, product and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in a retail management or supervisor role (automotive highly regarded).
• Organised with good systems in place and able to see them work.
• Leader who is happy to roll up their sleeves alongside the team.
• Genuine passion for customer service and a knack for sales.
• Great communication and problem solving skills.
• Physically capable of hands on work
• Current Australian Driver's Licence (required)
• Battery, automotive, 4WD, marine or electrical knowledge is a bonus, and full training is provided

About the Role

This is a leadership role based on the shop floor, not behind a desk. You'll look after the day to day running of the store, support and develop the team, and make sure our systems and processes run smoothly so customers get a great experience every time they visit.

You'll work a rotating roster (including weekends) and work directly with the owner, with real input into how the store runs and grows.
