Job summary

L’Oréal's Helena Rubinstein division is launching a new counter at Myer Pitt Street in Sydney. As Store Manager, you will lead a luxury skincare experience, reporting to the Retail and Education Manager, and build a sanctuary of ultra-premium treatments and brand presence.

You will recruit and coach a beauty advisor team, own the counter's business strategy with Myer, drive sales, and deliver high-touch consultations that elevate client relationships and brand visibility.

Own the counter's business strategy, maximize sales performance, manage stock levels, and execute flawless brand animations in partnership with Myer.

Cultivate Elite Client Relationships:

Deliver personalized, high-touch skincare consultations, introducing Melbourne's most discerning clients to our cutting-edge cosmetic medicine innovations.

Be the Face of the Brand:

Act as a true brand ambassador, building strong collaborative relationships with Myer store management to optimize brand presence and visibility.
