About the Role

As the Store Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our boutique, leading a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial success. This is a full‑time Store Manager position working a Tuesday to Saturday roster, with a proposed salary of $65,700 + super + clothing allowance with other incentives and benefits. What You’ll Be Responsible For

Brand Ambassadorship

• Represent Blue Illusion with enthusiasm, embodying the brand values and French‑inspired aesthetic.
• Actively promote the boutique within the local community.

Customer Building

• Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers through personalised service.
• Implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.
