Secrets By Amaar seeks a Store Manager to lead our Sunshine Plaza boutique, driving sales, mentoring a 2-5 person team, and delivering exceptional luxury service. You will oversee daily operations, styling, and customer engagement to elevate the brand experience.

With 3+ years in sales leadership and jewellery knowledge, you will foster a high-performance culture, build lasting client relationships, and champion our sustainable luxury narrative. This role offers base pay with uncapped bonuses.

• Lead & Inspire the store team to achieve targets and maintain a results-driven culture.

Your Role:

Lead & Inspire – Coach, develop, and motivate your team to achieve their full potential while fostering a positive and results-driven culture.

Own the Results – Drive sales performance, achieve key business targets, and identify opportunities to grow your store's success.

Deliver Luxury – Create memorable customer experiences through personalised service, product expertise, and exceptional attention to detail.

Grow Your Business – Build lasting customer relationships, drive repeat business, and treat your boutique as if it were your own.

Oversee daily store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, rostering, and maintaining the highest brand standards.

About You:

3+ years of proven sales leadership experience (and you love smashing targets).

Must have some jewellery experience.
