Simon Curwood Jewellers in Liverpool is seeking a Store Manager to lead our busy showroom. You will drive sales, deliver premium customer service, and oversee daily operations with a focus on presentation and product knowledge.

The role requires strong communication, team leadership, and a passion for jewellery. You will mentor staff, create in-store displays, and ensure a luxury client experience across weekdays, weekends, and late-night trade.

We are in search of a newSTORE MANAGER to Lead our LIVERPOOL Store! Are you ready to ignite your passion for sales? We are seeking applicants who possess a passion for superior jewellery and a talent for delivering exceptional customer service to our valued customers. The ideal candidates will have;

Jewellery knowledge advantageous;

Strong communication and organisation skills;

Experience in achieving monthly sales targets and KPI’s is desirable;

Eagerness to learn and a growth mindset;

Ability to create exceptional in-store displays and maintain high presentation standards;

Ability to cater to the unique needs of each client whilst providing expert guidance and product knowledge;

Ability to mentor, guide, develop and train your team;

Sound computer skills, including internet, point of sale & spreadsheets;

Confident and outgoing personality with an immaculate and professional appearance;

Ability to quickly build rapport with new and existing clients;

Multi-lingual abilities are advantageous!
